STEVEN, of VIP Almería could not have done more for myself and my wife when we were looking for the property we bought in Mojacar Playa.

He was never late for viewings or meetings and first thing he did was he ensured that he found what were our must have features, unlike a couple of the other estate agents who were obviously trying to sell what they had available, regardless of what we were looking for. Our main must have was Mojacar, Steven was the first to show us only properties there and meeting ALL our must have features.

Steven is very knowledgeable of the area and the was a font of knowledge and advice with regards the procedures we were facing to complete the purchase and get ourselves registered in Spain and with the local ayuntamiento.

I always recommend VIP/Steven to anyone who is looking to buy or sell, and ultimately they have been thankful that they took my advice and have since done the same as I did with them.
