Stayed in one of their units for 9 years. Filled out the documentation for move-in for the things that were not fixed from the previous tenant. When I moved out they charged me almost my whole deposit for things I was not responsible for. Kurt was verbally abusive on a regular basis whenever I talk to him on the phone. They definitely were unresponsive to requests. Ceilings and bathrooms had holes in them so the HOA could access the water pipes for the building for over a year. One of the bathrooms was completely unusable for 4 months. The other one had dust in it from the open holes. Kurt would forget that he had called the HOA cuz they would never respond and it was a never-ending problem. I had taken pictures when I moved in of some of the things they charged me for and sent them to them in response. They gave me back a token hundred bucks. The new people that moved in are most likely going to get charged for the same exact things that I did. My rent was always Auto paid.

No hate but just want to let others know. Allowed us to move into a roach infested apartment. MULTIPLE neighbors I talked to said they had let management know about it before & management did nothing. Management denied knowing anything.

Management didn’t tell us anything about the apartment having roaches before we moved in WITH A NEWBORN baby. Literally a week old. After a day of constantly reaching out, we allowed to move out.

They said they prefer to take the utilities out of our name themselves but two months later I was charged for the second time for utilities when I moved out long ago. Around $160

Everything was refunded but it was a huge financial drain to get rid of the roaches & move twice. And I have many medical bills now because moving twice within 1 month of childbirth was so hard on my body.

Honestly if anything comes from this I hope management thinks twice about the conditions they allow others to live in & if they would want their family treated like that.

We rented the place 14751 E. Tennessee Dr, Aurora. During the walk-in inspection, we told them the carpet and kitchen/bathroom cabinets were in really bad shape. But little we knew, the sewer lines of the building were quickly overflowing our kitchen sinks which made the cockroaches to invade the living room and bedroom.
More than 6 months after we left this terrible apartment, we received a collection letter for $1880 from them for the carpet cleaning and the diverse repairs.

Cheaper spots, but you get what you pay for. The mgmt is absolutely garbage. Communication is inconsistent, they left a bad oven in our kitchen for a week after replacing due to a gas leak. They will harass you if they have issues with your upkeep of the property, but are quiet when you have issues. Cannot recommend. They are incompetent to the point of endangering tenants.

edit: not gonna open myself up to more harassment as I still rent from this company. have no problem posting from my main account when I move out.

As a homeowner/landlady I've worked with the team Kurt Krantz has put together for 25 years. I've leased my 1958 ranch home through Littleton Real Estate Company for 17 of the past 27 years I've owned the home. I get monthly statements on time, the staff track expenses (water, sewer etc.) well and document, they do schedule inspections of the home with photographs. I'e read some reviews by tenants for properties other than mine and I can't speak to their experience but I do know that rental market is tough, and you get what you pay for. Tough business. The team has always responded to my questions, and Kurt also contacts me directly if there is an issue to talk through. I only gave 4 stars because some of the team who does repairs when needed have not always done the best job, and I often told the LREC team that I would find my own repairmen, which LREC accomodated without question. I've moved back into the house, and am very satisfied with LREC service over the years.

I really enjoyed the house I rented. I almost moved on a couple of occasions to get rid of Littleton Real Estate Company as management company. They are very rude, unprofessional, and are the most nickle-and-dime company.

They took $700 dollar from my security deposit for cobwebs in a couple areas and some paint chipping from the walls. We were good tenants, but they are bullies and would encourage everyone to avoid doing business with them. Consider yourself warned.

We just bought our first home and could not have asked for a better experience. Kurt is knowledgable, patient and professional. He not only took the time to teach us about real estate, home construction and the process of buying a house but spent hours driving us around town as we sought to find our new home. We have already recommended him to our friends and will continue to do so. We can't imagine going through this process with anyone else!

I’m currently looking for a new rental home. I love my current management company but I need more room and they don’t have what I’m looking for. I found a property I was interested in looking at and tried contacting this company for about 10 days before I was able to speak the Laura, who is extremely rude and was laughing with someone else in the office while speaking with me. She said she would get the showing time and call me right back. 4 hrs later still no call back. She said I haven’t spoke with him yet what do you want me to do. So I asked for Kurt ( I believe this is his name) he answered right away. When explaining the experience I’ve been having with no contact back regarding a showing he said he doubts I was telling the truth and said he wasn’t going to argue with me. Long story short they deserve 0 starts stars and are all extremely rude. I’m thankful I didn’t end up with this terrible foul company
