Brennan y Andrew fueron la mejor decisión que tomé al querer vender mi casa. No solo lo lograron en muy poco tiempo, sino que además me ayudaron con todo el proceso de venta y fueron muy gentiles y pacientes con todas mis preguntas.

Brennan and Andrew provide a very different approach to estate agency in Spain. Whilst most agents boast hundreds of properties which they can access through websites, the reality is that they have visited very few of these. A&B select a few properties which they get to know very well and focus on selling these (albeit they can still access the Internet properties if the client wishes!). With interesting past experiences, they are able to provide valuable advice re possible remodelling and usage. Added to all of this, they are both very personable and through their friendship they learn the client's needs. It is a pleasure to work with them and we know they will continue to help us with our new property long after the transaction is completed. We have no hesitation in recommending A&B most highly.
