We recently had a problem with our Bi-Folds, which we had fitted about five and a half years ago. I was unsure whether the guarantee would cover the parts and work required. I spoke to Anna, who has been fantastic, she sorted the paper work, organised the repair and kept me informed of when the Engineer was due.
On the day of repair, I recieved a call to let me know when he was due. Paul the engineer carried out the repair and fixed secondary damage. He also said if we have any further problems, give them a ring, at the very least they will offer advice.

I purchased three sets of bifold doors through my builder who ordered them from Cheshire bi-folds.

The doors are high quality and the mechanisms are very smooth. I was worried about the loss of heat having so much glass but they really do keep the heat in.

The team were quick to help with some issues with rubber seals which was due to toe and heeling. My fitters came back to adjust.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality bi-folds.

We ordered replacement windows for our full house from Cheshire Bifolds along with 3 x set of bifold doors. Our builders who fitted them turned out to be total cowboys - they drilled through the sills causing them to leak, put the beadings in the wrong way and managed to scratch just about every pane of glass in the process. We have had amazing support from Cheshire Bifolds to help us fix the issues - they've sent their expert fitters out to resolve each of the problems one by one and it wasn't even their problem to fix. The windows and doors are very well made, secure and look fantastic. I couldn't recommend the service from Cheshire Bi-folds enough - just make sure you pick your fitters very carefully so you don't have to go through the nightmare we have!

Very pleased with my new sliding patio doors - I can't believe how much more of my garden I can see now than through the previous French Windows which had wide plastic frames. I think the insulation is also much better as the condensation on the outside this morning stayed longer than any of my neighbours. Pleased with upstairs windows too. Fitters provided via Cheshire Bifolds were all good.

The whole process from quotation to project completion/ installation was carried out very professionally. Great products and fab service from the team at Cheshire BiFolds. Thet have supplied bifolds, a set of french doors and two large windows that all look amazing. I'll be coming back for a slider for the kitchen asap next year!
