We used the 'Bounce' app to book a luggage storage service at this shop. The owner of the shop was very friendly, we deposited five pieces of luggage at 11am and came back three hours later with the luggage in good custody and got it without any problems. Solved our immediate problem.

Used to frequent & liked it before I live nearby & would love to return.

But the rude older man with black hair and mustache is just awful. Constantly saying discriminatory things. I just can't support that. So I walk across the street to the store nextdoor.

When staying in the area, if you’re looking for real groceries go to Vons (a short bus or Uber ride away). This market is a liquor store / convenience store with very little real food - a few veg, a couple chicken breasts. No bakery.

Family owned & operated, this liquor store is a favorite having a great selection of merchandise. Fresh meat, produce, candles, bandaids resembling a general store. So guy's, ie. Nicholas...look out & remember you never know who is watching, taking photos, reviewing your business.

A one-stop shop for mostly all your needs. Polite & family owned business which is refreshing. A wide array of liquor from cheap to most expensive-which is uncommon at a Liquor Market. Lottery available. Deli, fresh made pasta salads, fresh sweet singleton fruit servings and common fresh staple veggies. Bi Rite is also a store with packaged foods, toiletries, and smokes. Prices are considered reasonable for the convenience instead of traveling to a grocery store.

I am not the type of person to write a review. But after seeing their review rating on google I had to post something. I've been coming to this family owned liquor store for a couple of years, everyone single person in that building cares about who you are and what you are buying. Every single time I suggest a product they bring it in. They know me and almost every single person I bring in by name or by a nickname. They are friendly, accommodating and open to suggestions when it comes to product in their store. I wish that everyone gave them a 5* because they deserve it.

I don't live near enough to frequent this shop anymore and that sucks. When I lived in Banker's Hill this was my favorite local market. Had a bit of produce, always had the right canned goods in stock to get a good chili going. Pretty expansive selection of wine and beer, and an even better selection of liquor. Plus, if they don't have something you want, if you're a neighborhood local, they'll absolutely get it stocked for you. I feel like these guys really appreciate their customers. Oh, and don't forget to check out the deli. Delicious and pretty damned cheap.

Bi Rite Market has friendly staff who remember your name and face and greet you like family. A great place for all your needs. Can be very busy at times.
