The only agent we used that drove us around the area and explained what was there. I think all estate agents should do this. Carlos was available all the time to talk to, and as the property needed certain paperwork, he chased up our solicitor for us and kept us informed throughout. The house took approx 2 months for it to be ready as our solicitor wanted to make sure all the paperwork was done. I highly recommend this agency

Wij zijn super tevreden van immo Carlos. Zij zijn niet alleen heel betrouwbaar, niets is hun teveel. Zij hebben er veel energie in gestoken om doeltreffend, professioneel maar op een zeer vriendelijke en sympathieke manier voor ons het gepaste huis te zoeken voor ons budget. Vanaf de dag van aankomst heeft Carlos ons verschillende huizen laten zien op internet en de volgende dag heeft hij ons de verschillende huizen die wij kozen ook laten zien. Heel doeltreffend. Het immo-kantoor regelt ook een betrouwbaar advocate, die ook Nederlands spreekt en samen helpen ze om al de nodige formaliteiten in orde te brengen en na te zien of alle nodige vergunningen om het huis te kopen wel in orde zijn. Zonder hun goede zorgen was het voor ons een financiële ramp geworden. Op immo-Carlos kan U rekenen. Wij kunnen het immo-kantoor enkel heel sterk aanbevelen aan iedereen !!!!!!!!!

This was our 3rd house-hunting trip. We'd arranged viewings with several (English) Estate Agents in Albox/Huercal-Overa areas, whom we had used before. However, on our last trip, we also met Carlos, (from Immo-Carlos, - a Belgian Estate Agent) which we had not used before. Carlos is very knowledgable about the area, and spent a lot of time showing us where the local bars, restaurants, shops, medical centres, etc. were. We had selected several properties to view, and after seeing them, it was clear they weren't quite right for us, so Carlos suggested 2 more villas he thought might suit. He rang the owners there and then, to arrange the viewings. As it happens, we liked the second of those properties very much, so Carlos arranged a 2nd viewing. When we made an offer, Carlos helped negotiate with the seller, not only for the property, but also for some furniture. He helped us arrange an independent lawyer from a choice of local lawyers, & accompanied us on that 1st (introductory) visit to our new English-speaking Spanish lawyer. He made a written inventory of what was to be included in the sale, and e-mailed it to us. Carlos kept us informed at every stage, and acted as contact point between us & the sellers for all our queries (and there were lots). The sale went through smoothly, and since the sale, Carlos continues to assist us with our many queries. Out of all the Agents we've used, Carlos seemed to work the hardest, at trying to find out exactly what WE were looking for, and seemed to know (more than we did) what would suit us best. Proof of this is that the house we finally chose was not on our original list of properties to view, but was one which HE thought would suit us, after talking (and listening) to us. Would we recommend him? - YES, most definitely. He was the best Agent we used, and his English is excellent, - there were no language problems at all. If you are thinking of buying a property in this part of Almeria, then go and see for yourself how good Carlos is. We highly recommend him.

Absolutely appalling service from this agent. Constant avoidance and lies. Despite telling us property was completely legal at the viewing; when the offer was made and accepted they said it needed paperwork to be “rubberstamped” and now turns out the house is more than likely illegal and the agent will not accept calls or engage with us.
There are plenty of agents in the area most of whom are considerably more honest than these 2 sharks.
