DowntownDC is a very bad company. They hire people who stay on their personal phones while they are supposed to be cleaning and sweeping, and they terminate the jobs of people that work. Before i was hired, a black woman receptionist at DowntownDC shouted at me and denied that there was any work when they did have a posting for Service Maintenance Ambassador. After i proved to her that the job posting was in the computer, she shouted at me again and said that it's a mistake that IT made and not to think that i was getting hired just because there's blacks that work there because the managers are spanish. That's because i'm a light skin. After telling director Lucas Umana 2 months later about the DowntownDC receptionists discriminatory and racist statement, he told me to forward him my resume and that he would tell the manager to call me. A month and a half after that a DowntownDC manager name Christian sent a letter to my Google Gmail address telling me they would like for me to come to a 2nd Interview with the operations team. They made it to appear that i completed a first interview already, however when i went to that Interview, it was their first interview with me. After being hired, the operations team was purposley late with my radio locator phone because they said it would prove that i was working in work zones if they had to monitor me. They claimed that i forged my way into the company because of errors they created, and then they got angry at me on certain days i wore a mask to clean. The DowntownDC company placed discriminatory statements, non compliant chosen employees and obstacles around my employment that got my job terminated with them a month later. I'm contacting Google because Google has the evidence now of DowntownDC.org falsification of a second interview letter they sent to my Google Gmail address before i was hired. I'm also contacting The Seal of The President of The United States.
