Arne heeft ons geweldig geholpen met de zoektocht naar een huis in de omgeving Velez-Malaga/Nerja. Daarna heeft Geert het hele aannemerstraject op zich genomen. De verbouwing was perfect binnen de afgesproken tijd en binnen budget. Men was flexibel en de communicatie is immer goed verlopen. Absoluut aan te raden als makelaar en projectbegeleider!

The first thing we did when we wanted to buy a house in Spain was to look for the right real estate agent who would guide as through the process and take that extra step.

In Andalucia Vastgoed we found a reliable and steady partner which has helped us in finding a property which was legally solid and who was working with a good solicitor and a good contractor.

After reading about all the pitfalls and problems others have ran into, we were more than happy with the support of Geert and Patricia. Excellent advice and guidance through their associated solicitor and the renovation of our house was done by their associated contractor with Andalucia Vastgoed as the project manager.

During the construction period we staid in our home country and merely through regular reporting we were kept informed. Sure, not all went according to our expectations but we had to adjust a bit to the local way and at the end things were sorted out properly and the quality of work was good.

We can recommend Andalucia Vastgoed as a strong, reliable and pleasant real estate agent and project manager.
