BI Group trade under the brand of Beaver Compost, but I have been unable to find any Google reviews. There are many reviews for Beaver Compost on Trustpilot.
I placed an order for a bulk bag (1400ltr) of Horse Manure on 8 March, where their website promised delivery in 5-7 working days. Website also states 80% of UK. I would not consider Lancaster remote, being 90 minutes from Widnes, but I was charged delivery.
I didn't receive any order acknowledgement by email, text etc. I'd had no notice of delivery by 15 March, so I sent an email for an update. I followed up with a second email before lunch the next day and received a reply 5 minutes later advising that delivery would be 17/18 March and I would receive an update from the transport company. I received an email from Palletways the next morning stating that delivery would be by 5pm 17 March. The delivery didn't turn up on either 17/18 March and I followed up with an email to Beaver Compost, to which I received no reply.
The delivery turned up mid-morning 21March, email notification of the delivery sent out at 9am by Palletways.
As for the product, I would guess it was around the 1400ltr mark. I've not had bulk manure previously, so hard to judge, but aside from a handful of palm sized stones and a length of plastic twine, it seemed well rotted and friable, and no signs of weeds or roots. It's done the job I intended
Difficult times at present with the transport situation, but better customer service response, and in particular an order acknowledgement, would go a long way.

Suggest You Buy Elsewhere! Order due 3-5 working days - arrived after 15 working days. Order 2 x 1000 litre bags but received 2 bags filled with ~352 litres each (so ~704 litres). Multiple emails sent, few replied to, hours on hold waiting to speak to someone. Refused to acknowledge issue. Now referred to credit card company.

Bad customer service, they delay 20 days to deliver my order and then I called them to cancel my order they told me that there is charge of delivery cost £170, not trusted
