Nestor Property Management managed the maintenance of a home we rented from Globexs for 9 months in Valencia while we were waiting for our purchased property to be remodeled. Our contact on the Nestor team was Pablo, and he was super-responsive on WhatsApp and by phone.

Pablo is fluent in both English and Spanish and was able to resolve issues quickly, like a minor roof leak, and coordinate resolution of a bigger issue like a failing air conditioner which required specialized air conditioner contractors. It was a pleasure to work with Pablo and his responsiveness and follow-through really helped reduce our stress moving to a new city with children.

Pablo habla inglés y español con fluidez y pudo resolver problemas rápidamente, como una pequeña gotera en el techo, y coordinar la resolución de un problema más grave, como un aire acondicionado defectuoso, que requirió contratistas especializados en aire acondicionado. Fue un placer trabajar con Pablo y su capacidad de respuesta y seguimiento realmente ayudaron a reducir nuestro estrés al mudarnos a una nueva ciudad con niños.

Highly professional company serving all property management needs in Valencia. They undertake the cleaning of my tourist rental house in the centre of Valencia- always meeting very tight deadlines (same day turnarounds quite often) and with a top quality professional cleaning job. Daarnaast zijn ze pro actief met het aangeven en doorvoeren (na akkoord van mij) van verbeteringen in het appartement.

Tot slot hebben ze mij geweldig bijgestaan bij het oplossen van een lekkage (veroorzaakt door de bovenbuurman) met de verzekeraar.
